THAIFEX-Anuga Asia 2023 Fair held in Bangkok, Thailand from May 23 to May 27, 2023 and held this year in its 19th year, has been held in China, Cambodia, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia , The Philippines, Spain, Vietnam, and more than 78,000 visitors from over 45 countries participated in the food industry. The exhibition which is the most important fair in its sector in Southeastern Asia and in which Turkey was attended under the national participation organization realized by the Central Anatolian Cereals, Pulses, Oil Seeds and Products Exporters’ Union with 36 firms. On the first day of the fair, Ambassador Serap ERSOY and Trade Counselor Ms. Öykü ÜNAL visited Turkish pavilion. During the fair, a catalog introducing the industry was distributed to visitors visiting the info stand of our association. At the same time, a kitchen aprons and bags carrying the name and logo of our association were presented. We also have pasta, mantı, Seafood Stuffed Ball, Rice Pudding etc. served by Chef Cook Havva KILIÇ and Chef Cook Sezai KESGİN at the stand of our Association. Sand performer Veysel ÇELİKDEMİR’S sand show got great interest in the Show. Abdullah KARA (Deputy Chairman), Hasan Abdullah ÖZKAN (Deputy Chairman), Adnan HEKİMOĞLU (Member of Board), Fatih TATLISUMAK (Member of Board), Fatih YUMUŞ (Deputy Secretary General), Ayfer KOCA (Manager), Ayşenur AYDEMİR (Assistant Expert), Başak Gökçeoğlu (Expert) and Adnan GÖL (Expert) attended the fair to represent our Association.
