Official Visits to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Trade
As part of the Union’s official engagements, a delegation
led by our Chairman of the Board, Avşin KAŞIKCI, paid courtesy visits on 31
July 2026 to Dr. Ahmet BAĞCI, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, and
Mehmet Ali KILIÇKAYA, Director General of Exports at the Ministry of Trade. The
delegation comprised Vice Chairman of the Board Abdullah KARA, Former Board
Member Turgay ÜNLÜ, Secretary General Musa DEMİR, and Head of Sector Branch I
Ayfer KOCA.
The meeting held at the Ministry of Trade was also attended
by Halis KAYA, Head of the Department of Agriculture at the Ministry of Trade.
During the meetings, the parties exchanged views on the
current agenda of the sector, export-related developments, and potential areas
of cooperation.
